AUDITING POLICY

 

DAS Certification Singapore Pte Ltd, "the Auditing Organization" aims to promote, encourage awareness, environmental responsibility and help to continuously improve auditing management issues within industry, commerce and the public domain. We understand the importance of impartiality in carrying out our risk management auditing services, manage conflict of interest and ensure the objectivity of our management system auditing services

We wish to achieve our aims as a accredited auditing organization and recognise that effective management of our customers, our staff, our auditing process and our business results makes good business sense. It will be a fundamental and integral part of our business strategy.

We will achieve these objectives by:-

* offering an auditing service in accordance with SAC CT 17, that is fair  impartial and objective to all who wish to avail themselves of our service;

* providing our customers with a professional service that is perceived to add value to their business and satisfy their expectations;

* practising sound auditing principles through competent staff;

* caring for and valuing our staff; 

* briefing and train our staff to deliver audits that satisfy our customers, supervisory body and the standard we set;

* developing an open exchange of information with organisations and the public on the auditing service that we offer;

* continuously improving the auditing service we offer;

* practising sound business principles to manage the auditing organization;

* communicating this policy to our staff, customers and interested parties.

Audit Process

 

 

Enquiry and Free estimate

Following your enquiry and completion of our application form, we will review the information and provide you with a free quote, with a breakdown of all the elements that make up the cost of certification.

There are no fees until you accept the quote and return the signed contract that includes the conditions for certification.

We will contact you to start the audit process and agree on dates for the On-site Audit. 

 

On-site Audit

The purpose of the on-site audit is to evaluate the implementation, including effectiveness, of your risk management. It includes the audit of at least the information and evidence about conformity to all requirements of the Code of Practice on Workplace Safety Health (WSH) Risk Management and other applicable requirements.

 

Complaints

On receipt of a complaint, the certification body will process the case in accordance with our complaint procedure. An independent panel/person will be appointed to review the case. A copy of our complaint procedure will be made available upon request.

 

Risk Management Audit and Auditing Organization (AO) Mark

  1. Audited client shall not use AO’s audit report or testimony or the AO’ mark in communication media such as the Internet, brochures or advertising, or other documents;
  2. Audited client shall not make or permit any misleading statement regarding the audit;
  3. Audited client shall not use or permit the use of an audit report or testimony or any part thereof in a misleading manner.
